Manage your account and customize app appearance and behavior.
You can use the app without signing in
Creating, editing, searching, tagging, linking notes and the graph all work without an account. Help Chat works too.
What signing in unlocks
- Automatic sync and backup across devices
- AI features (chat, quizzes, summaries, tag generation, text extraction, URL summaries)
- Buying a Premium plan and restoring it on a new device
- Connectors (MCP)
Sign in with Google or Apple. The notes you already wrote on this device carry over.
To change theme and font
- Open the side menu → "Settings" → Appearance section
- Theme mode: Light, Dark, or Follow system
- Color theme: Choose from 10 colors
- Font: In addition to the bundled default (Noto Sans CJK JP), choose from 15 Japanese / 14 English fonts
To change language
- Open Settings → Appearance → "Language"
- Choose from: English, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, or reset to device setting
To configure data management
- Open Settings → "Data Control"
- Configure: auto-save, auto-sync, AI data sending, trash retention
- Trash retention: 7 days, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, unlimited, custom
To manage your subscription
- Open Settings → "Manage Subscription"
To delete your account
- Account page → Tap "Delete Account"
※ Account deletion cannot be undone. Active subscriptions must be canceled first. Custom fonts require a one-time download.
