Find answers when you're stuck or encounter issues.

To search FAQs

1. Open the side menu → "FAQ"
2. Enter keywords in the search bar, or filter by category chips
3. Tap a question to view the answer

To ask AI Help Chat

1. Tap the "Ask Help AI" button on the FAQ page
2. The help chat opens and AI answers based on the operation manual and FAQ content

※ The help chat does not pass memo content to AI. It remains available even when "Send data to AI services" is OFF in Data Control, and is not counted toward the AI usage limits.

To contact support

1. Open Settings → Support → "Contact Us"
2. Your email app will open
